The Montreux Jazz Festival has long been regarded as THE most prestigious musical event in Europe. Since its inception in 1967 it has hosted the likes of Bob Dylan, Lou Reed, Eric Clapton and Jonny Cash. These days you can to catch artists as diverse as BB King, Wu Tang Clan and Lily Allen.
Alpine Retreat Chatel is just a forty minute hop to Montreux which is situated on the beautiful shores of Lake Geneva. This July between the 3rd and 18th we will be watching acts including The Simian Mobile Disco, Q-Tip, DJ Krush and the mighty Underworld along with DJ sets from Pete Tong and Andy Cato from Groove Armada.
